Joe N. Phillips

Graveside services were held Tuesday at Lake Chapel Cemetery for Joe N. 
Phillips, 74, of Fairfield who died Dec. 1. Pastor Randy Ayers of Word of Life
Family Worship Center in Groesbeck officiated at the service.

Mr. Phillips was born Sept. 19, 1935 in Fairfield to Earl Phillips and Sybyl
Evans Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Dillard Earl Phillips.

Survivors are wife Sandra Phillips of Fairfield, son Terry Phillips and wife 
Mary of Austin, daughter Teresa Tyner and husband Ben of Ennis, six 
grandchildren, brother Lindale Phillips and wife Betty of Fairfield;
Sisters Joyce Spradlin and husband Buster of Carrollton and Jestine Calame and
husband Stalley of Tehuacana.

Fairfield. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral
Home in Fairfield. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lake Chapel 
Cemetery. Arrangements by Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home, Fairfield.
