Joy Pittman

Joy L. Little Pittman (Baldwin), loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend
was born on January 2nd, 1935 in Shiloh, Texas. She went to be with her Lord
and Savior on Sunday, February 22nd, 2004. Joy had a true servantās heart. She
touched numerous lives by her constant acts of kindness, and she was most happy
when she was taking care of and helping others. Her favorite pastimes were
working in her garden, planting flowers, canning, feeding the birds and
squirrels, and spending time with her children and Fritz.

She is preceded in death by her parents Barney and Ozella Little, sisters
Eunice Black, Nell Archibald and Ellen Louise Little. She is survived by
daughters Jeanie Yelverton of Diana, Texas, Gwen Rouse of Hugo, Oklahoma,
Elaine Whittle of Powderly, Texas, Tricia Pittman of Richardson, Texas, sisters
Dorine Hyden Alaniz, Josey Webb, Pauline Callaway, companion Joe Pittman of
Fairfield, Texas, grandchildren Melissa Bailey, Tonya and Sabrina Yelverton,
Matt and Trevor Rouse, Julia King, Michael Dodge, Gwendolyn, Trista and Cassie
Kelly, 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Capps Funeral Home in Fairfield Texas on
Saturday, February 28th, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. and will be officiated by the Rev.
Bubba Rutherford. Visitation will be Friday, February 27th from 6:00 p.m. ö
8:00 p.m.

Capps Memorial Chapel, Fairfield, in charge of arrangements.
