Services Monday for Hazel Christine Pittman

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon for Hazel Christine Pittman, 56,
who died Saturday in Fairfield.

Mrs. Pittman was born July 12, 1930, in Piedmont, Okla, and was a homemaker.
Sshe was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Capps Memorial Chapel with the 
Rev. Donald Pruitt officiating.  

Special music was provided by organist Frank O'Banion.

Burial was at Antioch Cemetery in Freestone county.

Pallbearers were Rossie Pye, Thomas Cannon, Bowie Mullen, Bill Easterling, Dale
McCeig and Billy Ray Vestal.

Mrs. Pittman is survived by her husband, Charles E. Pittman of Fairfield; two
daughters, Leila Pruitt of Griffin, Ga., and Katherine Adams of Little Rock, 
Ark.; two sons, Carl E. Pittman of Pasadena; and David Pittman of Deer Park;
her parents, Hazel Grissom of Conroe and Bill Grissom of Oregon; a brother,
Dwayne Grissom of Oregon; and eight grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield.
