Esta Mae Pitts

Esta Mae Pitts, 89, of Dawson passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at a
DeSoto nursing facility.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Wade Funeral Home in
Hubbard.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at Wade Funeral Chapel with
the Rev. Brad Brittain officiating. Interment will follow at Dawson Cemetery.

Mrs. Pitts was born March 8, 1915, in Fairfield to Walter and Mae Daniel. She
had been a resident of Dawson most of her life. Mrs. Pitts was a member of
Dawson Lions Club, First United Methodist Church of Dawson and the UMW and also
served for many years as the secretary of Dawson Cemetery Association. She was
a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Harold Pitts in 1980.

Mrs. Pitts is survived by her daughter, Donna Jobe and husband Thomas of Red
Oak; brother, Fred Daniel of California; grandson, Joel Jobe and wife Connie of
Red Oak; great-granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica Jobe of Red Oak; and
several nieces and nephews.
