Funeral Services for Danny D. Pounder

Funeral services for Danny Dwayne Pounder, 41 of Mexia were held 11 a.m. 
Monday, December 24, 2007 in Blair- Stubbs Chapel. Rev. Rick Gray will 
Officiate with interment to follow in Mexia Cemetery.

Mr. Pounder was born March 11, 1966 in Wortham and passed away in Mexia On 
December 22, 2007. He was employed in air conditioner production at Ahlstom 
in Groesbeck. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Danny Wayne and Sandra Pounder 
of Mexia; Mother and step-father, Carolyn J. Pounder-Talbot and Gary Talbot, 
Children: Amber and Danielle Pounder of Waco, Taylor and Kaitlynn Pounder of
Mexia; two step-children: Cherish Hicks of Mexia and B. G. Hicks of 
Albuquerque, New Mexico, two grand children; D. J. Cook and J. D. Cook,
sister, Lisa Pounder of Waco, stepbrother, Ben Talbot of Burnet, Step-sister,
Sarah Haynes-Talbot of Tucson, Arizona, grandmother, Edna Ferguson of 
Cleburne and number of nieces and Nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Steven Starnes, Dillon Dabney, Steven Dabney, Coby 
Sterling, Wesley Kuehn, and Heath Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyrone 
Ethridge and B. G. Hicks.
