      Death of Miss Fannie Powell

   It is with the gieatest of regret that the Recorder chronicles the death of 
Miss Fannie Powell, which occured at the family residence in Fairfield Wednesday
morning Nov. 10, at above 1:45 o’clock. Miss Powell had been unwell for several 
months, but was confined to her bed only a short time. Interment took place in 
the Fairfield cemetery Wednesday afternoon at 4 o’olock. Bro. Dickey, of Teague,
conducted the funeral services. 
  The following relatives from other places were present: Mr. and Mrs. Winbourn, 
of Denison; Mr. and Mrs. John Dunn, Mr. and Mrs. Gamewell, of Teague.
