Kenneth Charles Proctor, 83, of Fairfield, passed away Friday, September 18, 
2015 in Fairfield. Private services were held.

Mr. Proctor was born November 5, 1931 in Huntington Park, California to parents 
Charles Everett and Priscilla Grover Proctor. He was retired from the U.S. Air 
Force and worked as a computer repairman for many hears. He had been a Fairfield 
resident since 2002 having moved here from Honduras where he married his wife 
Alma on February 21, 1992. Mr. Proctor was a member of VFW Post 5872 in 
Fairfield. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters 
and two brothers.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Alma of Fairfield; four sons, Wayne and 
Keith Proctor of California; Kenny Proctor and wife Shara of Hawaii; Jeffrey 
Proctor of Fairfield; three brothers, David Proctor of South Carolina; George 
and Rodney Proctor of Maine; three sisters, Elisabeth, Margaret and Eleanor, all 
of Maine; and one grandchild.
