Freestone County, Texas Obituaries The Bryan - College Station Eagle January 2, 2002 edition Paul Ramirez Sr. June 28, 1931 — Jan. 1, 2002 NAVASOTA — Services for Paul Ramirez Sr., 70, of Navasota are set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Christ Our Light Catholic Church in Navasota. The Rev. Paul Felix of Christ Our Light Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Mr. Ramirez died Tuesday in College Station. He was born in Teague, Texas, and was a laborer for the city of Navasota. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Francisca Ramirez of Navasota; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Paul Ramirez Jr. and Lupe Valadez, David and Jennifer Ramirez and Ruben Ramirez, all of Navasota, and Larry and Stacy Ramirez of Conroe; four daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and Juan Diosgado and Martha and Miguel Munez, all of Navasota, Tomasa and Edgar Hernandez of Conroe and Diana and Armando Rodriquez of Atlanta; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Vonnie Silva and Felix Ramirez and Senaida Compian, all of Navasota; a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Alfonso Cumpean of Diboll, Texas; and 21 grandchildren.
