Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Corsicana Daily Sun - Dec 4, 2003 edition Mable (Johnson) Rash Mable Johnson Rash, 90, of Streetman passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, in Corsicana. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Corley Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Corley Funeral Chapel with Dr. Elton McCann officiating. Interment will follow at St. Elmo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Earl Minze, Benny Pillans, C. G. Rash, Rex Folmar, Billy Jones and Brad Vandyke. Mrs. Rash was born June 10, 1913, in Streetman. She was a member of the Farm Bureau Club in Streetman and the Community Care Club of Richland-Chambers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hallie Rash; son and daughter-in-law, Freddie and Bonnie Rash; stepson, Charles Rash; and parents, Ralph and Bonnie Johnson. Survivors include stepson and wife, Buddy and Jacquie Rash of Corsicana; stepdaughter and husband, Helen Rash and John Thompson of Boling; grandsons and wives, Ricky and Debbie Rash of Austin and Steve and Connie Rash of Longview; step granddaughters and husbands, Paula Rash and Billy Jones, Barbara and Bret Rash, and Beverly Thompson, all of Corsicana; step grandson, Dwayne Rash of Corsicana; sisters, Ruby Burleson of Corsicana and Kathleen Burleson of St. Elmo; great-grandson, Gatlin Rash of Austin; great- granddaughters, Emily Rash and Kady Rash, both of Austin, and Tamsin Rash and Alissa Rash, both of Longview; and seven step great-grandchildren.
