Chellie Prestwood Raymond

HOUSTON — A graveside memorial service for Chellie Prestwood Raymond, 85, of
Houston is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Anderson. 

The Rev. Robert E. Adrian of Atascocita Presbyterian Church will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.

Mrs. Raymond died Friday in Houston.

She was born in Dew and was a medical secretary at a private practice. Mrs.
Raymond was a member of the Colonial Dames, the Daughters of Republic of Texas
and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Raymond III.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Chellie and Jim Adrian of Houston;
a sister-in-law, Nita Montague Prestwood; three grandchildren; and three
great-grandchildren.
