The Teague Chronicle - Dec. 20, 1918 edition Death of Mrs. J. H. Rhyne Mrs. J. H. Rhyne of Cleburne while visiting the family of R.L. Strong here was stricken with influenza and death resulted Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock. She is survived by her husband and three children. Funeral services were conducted at the city cemetery Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 and interment was at 4:00. Mr. and Mrs. Rhyne lived in Teague for many years, Mr. Rhyne being employed in the machine shop of the Valley Road but recently removed to Cleburne where Mr. Rhyne is now employed. When they resided in Teague they were neighbors of Mr. & Mrs. Strong. Recently Mrs. Rhyne and the children returned to visit the former when she and her three children were stricken with influenza. Mr. Rhyne arrived later to be with her. Her relatives arrived from points in Texas and Louisiana Tuesday afternoon and Wed afternoon. The body was embalmed and the funeral held for their arrival.
