Juanita (Leake) Richardson

Juanita Richardson, 79, of Fairfield, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2009 
at her residence following a 2-year battle with cancer. A memorial service was
held Saturday at Capps Memorial Chapel. Ricky Missildine officiated. No 
visitation was held.

Mrs. Richardson was born on May 4, 1930 in Charleston, West Virginia to 
parents Roy Thomas Leake and Grace Elizabeth Graham Leake. She had been a 
resident of Fairfield since 1983 after moving from Houston. In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Richardson in 1982;
a brother, Kenneth Leake and a greatgrandson, Brandon Kyle Richardson.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas E. Richardson and wife Shirley of
Houston, Donald A. Richardson and wife Leah J. of Lake Limestone; Kenneth 
Richardson, II of Fairfield; sisters, Lorraine Lovdahl of Ouuawka, Illinois; 
Carolyn Myers of South Charleston, WV; eight grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.
