"Elbert Ray Roach
May 7, 1921 — Dec. 1, 2001

BUFFALO — Memorial services for Elbert Ray Roach, 80, of the Lanely community
in Freestone County are set for Dec. 20 at Grace Tabernacle in Dew, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Buffalo Funeral Home.

Mr. Roach died Saturday at his home.

He was born in Woodward, Kan., and lived in the Lanely community near Buffalo
since 1983. He formerly lived in Wichita, Kan., and was retired after 21 years
as an electronics engineer for Boeing. He served in the U.S. Air Army Air Corps
during World War II and attended Grace Tabernacle.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Roach of Lanely; a son, Randall Roach of
Vacaville, Calif.; a daughter, Pamela Ray Miltz of Wamego, Kan.; four
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grace Tabernacle Building Fund
in Buffalo, Texas."
