Mexia Daily News - Aug. 18, 2005 edition J. V. Robinson, Sr. TEAGUE - Funeral services for J. V. Robinson, Sr., 81, of Teague, will be held Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock in Moore's Angelic Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. H.L. Brown will officiate, and burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, with staff members from the funeral home to serve as pallbearers. Mr. Robinson, who died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, in East Texas Medical Center-Fairfield, was born in Teague on Sept. 7, 1926, and was married to Pauline Taylor on Oct. 29, 1944, at Teague. He was a truck driver and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., while the family will receive visitors from 7 until 8 p.m. Surviving are his wife, Pauline Robinson of Teague; two sons and daughters-in-law, J.V. Robinson, Jr., and Norine of Temple, and Willie Roger and Gloria Robinson, also of Temple; three daughters - Annie M. Lee of Chicago, Illinois, Ella Roblow and husband Lewis, and Paulette Chandler and husband Donald, all of Teague; two sisters - Eva Mae Chandler of Waco and Annie Carter and husband Willie D. of Teague; and an aunt, Artis Biggers of Teague.
