Nellie D. Robinson 
(December 29, 1924 - September 17, 2006) 

Funeral Services for Nellie D. Robinson were held on Wednesday, September 20, 
2006 in the Chapel at Ricks-Bowers Funeral Home in Jewett. Interment followed 
the service at Jewett Cemetery. Bro. Billy Bob Evans officiated. Miss Robinson 
passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2006 in Houston. She was born in Jewett, 
attended Concord schools & grew up in Leon County. Miss Robinson worked for a 
number of years as a billing clerk for United Gas Company. She is survived by 
her brother, Bobbie Ray Robinson of Dallas; a sister-in-law, Agnes Robinson of 
Jewett; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Miss Robinson was preceded
in death by her parents, Fred & Effie Robinson; three brothers, Cecil Robinson,
F.S. Robinson, and Jerry Robinson; and one sister, Marguerite Tilton. Visitation
will be held on Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
