Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Fairfield Recorder March 02, 2008 Frank Garlen Roblow Funeral services were held last weekend for Frank Garlen Roblow, 55, of Teague who died Thursday, Feb. 14, at his residence. Mr. Roblow was born on Aug. 22, 1952 to parents Dorsey Lee Roblow, Sr. and Ardella Pate Cooper. He was employed with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway for more than 29 years and he and his wife, Phyllis, also owned and operated Roblow's Cafe and S&P Private Club in Teague. Services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23 at the First Baptist Church in Teague with Revs. Cleo High and Lewis People officiating. Internment followed at Salem Cemetery. Mr. Roblow is survived by wife Phyllis Marie Roblow of Teague; children Douglas Ray Roblow and wife Canesha of Dallas, Theresa Smith and husband Brian of Dallas, Yashipa Washington of Michigan, and Tyrus Busby of Dallas; brothers James Cooper and wife Joyce of Plano, William Roblow and wife Trisha of Dallas, Dorsey Roblow, Jr. and wife Addie of Dallas, Lewis Roblow and wife Ella of Mexia; Robert Roblow of Mexia, and Charles and Darrel Cooper of Teague; sisters Betty Johnson of Houston, Martha Pate and husband Charles of Teague, and Doris Burrell of Teague; uncle Elon T. Pate of Notasulga, Alabama; aunt Maggie Lee Howard of Houston; nephew Marcus Busby; seven grandchildren; and friends Tody Anderson, Leler Johnson and Daryl Cleveland. He is preceded in death by parents Dorsey Lee Roblow, Sr. and Ardella Pate Cooper and son Marcus Love. Roblow, Jr. and wife Addie all of Dallas, Lewis Roblow and wife Ella, Robert Roblow of Mexia, Martha Pate and husband Charles, Doris Burrell, Charles Cooper and Darrel Cooper all of Teague; his uncle Elon T. Pate of Notasulga, Alabama; his aunt Maggie Lee Howard of Houston; a nephew that he raised Marcus Busby; seven grandchildren; his special friends Tody Anderson, Leler Johnson and Daryl Cleveland; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
