Graveside services for Mrs. Vera Rolirad will be held on Wednesday, November 
21, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague. Bro. Steve Cowart will
officiate. Mrs. Rolirad passed away November 17, 2007, at her residence in Rend,
Texas. Mrs. Rolirad was born on May 4, 1925, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She
immigrated to the United States in 1954 and was proud of attaining US 
citizenship in 1995. She worked in retail sales and retired from K-Mart. She 
enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing cards with her friends and spending time 
with her family. Mrs. Rolirad is survived by her daughter, Sandra Shelby and 
husband Donald of Paris, Texas and two sons; Ross M. Rolirad and wife Sharon 
of Kapolei, Hawaii and Larry S. Rolirad of LaPorte, Texas; Grandchildren, 
Donald Shelby Jr. and wife Georgia of Emory, Texas, Ross M. Rolirad II of 
Dallas, Texas ,Lauren Smith and husband Wade of Paris, Texas and Joseph William
Rolirad; Great-grandchildren, Stephen, Cameron, Grayson and Michaela Smith, 
Kathryn and Beau Shelby and sister, Patricia Prudhom and husband Charlie. Mrs. 
Rolirad is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Rolirad; son, Joseph E. 
Rolirad; parents, one brother, and two sisters.
