Jesse Jurdon Ryno (1931-2011)

Jesse Jurdon Ryno, 79, of Wortham, passed away on January 28, 2011 at the 
Groesbeck LTC in Groesbeck.  Graveside services were held on Monday, January 31,
2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Wortham Cemetery.  Reverend Jay Fraze officiated.  Family 
Visitation was held on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Porter Chapel in Wortham.

Mr. Ryno was born on May 25, 1931, in Freestone County, Texas, to Jesse Jurdon 
& Alice Lansford Ryno.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Jean 
“Jeannie” Ryno; his parents and brothers, Billy Ryno & H.E. Ryno.

He is survived by his nephews, Terry Ryno & wife, Denise, of Wortham, Serge Ryno
of Mountain Home, Texas, Billie Ryno & wife, Crystal, of Harper, Texas; nieces, 
Donna Goodwin & husband, Mike, of Wortham, Lisa Van & husband, Terry of Wortham 
and Jackie Thompson & husband, Bill, of Kerrville, Texas; aunts, Lillie Mae & 
husband, Joel of Fairfield and Beatrice Rosser of Waco; sister-in-law, Billye 
Nell Ryno of Wortham, as well as numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews and 
great-great nieces and nephews.

Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
