Sanders, 84, died Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at Ennis Regional Medical Center. She was born Oct. 26, 1921, in Munday, the daughter of Corrigan and Lura Fisher Moore. She was reared in Dawson where she attended school. In March 1952, she married to James W. Sanders. After their marriage, they lived in Ennis where she was employed by Ennis Tag for five years. She was later employed as an operator for Bell Telephone for 15 years, retiring in 1966. She was a member of Anthony Drive Baptist Church, Ennis Art Club, Waxahachie Art Club and the Ennis Rebekah Lodge. She loved art which she taught for many years, enjoying landscapes and bluebonnets. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Sharon and Bruce Bryson of Corsicana and Judy and Garry Sills of Midlothian; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were scheduled for 10 a.m. today at Keever Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Ricks officiating. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. today at Lake Chapel Cemetery in Fairfield.
