Muldrew Bauguss Sanders

Services for Muldrew Bauguss Sanders, 86, of Iola are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at
Enon Missionary Baptist Church in Iola.

The Revs. Paul Gauntt of the 8th Street Baptist Church in Teague, Texas, and
Clinton Everett of the Beacon Baptist Church in Bryan will officiate. Burial
will be in the Zion Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.

Mr. Sanders died Sunday at his home.

He was a lifelong resident of Iola and was a retired rancher. He was a past
member of the Iola Independent School District school board and the Agriculture
Stabilization Conservation Board. He was a member and deacon at Enon Missionary
Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Maxine Sanders.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, June and Richard Dudley and
Gaye and Johnny Kay, all of Iola; a sister, Marguerite Murdock Hendrix of
Houston; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
