LaShawn Sanders 
(May 31, 1969 - February 23, 2007) 

Graveside funeral services for LaShawn Sanders, 37 of Mexia will be 2 pm Sunday, 
Feb. 25, 2007 at the Fort Parker Memorial Park in Groesbeck. LaShawn was born 
May 31, 1969 in Wortham to Jack and Charlsye Phillips Sanders. She was a 
lifelong resident of the Mexia area. 

Ms Sanders is survived by her children, Hallie Sanders, Paige O’Hare and Kelsie
Lee Sanders – Terry, all of Mexia. She is also survived by her mother, Charlsye 
Adams of Mexia, her brother, Ricky Sanders and wife Sharon of Mexia, Sisters, 
Tamra Sanders Scott of Euless, Angela Bonner and significant other Billy 
Pinkerton of Mexia and Talitha Sanders of Mexia. Step-sisters, Tammie Adams of
Mexia, Toni Kirby and Husband Robbie of Troy, Step-Brothers, Joey Adams of 
Mexia and Rainey Adams of Mexia.

LASHAWN SANDERS

A graveside funeral service for LaShawn Sanders, 37, of Mexia, Texas, was held
on Sunday, February 25, 2007, at the Fort Parker Memorial Park in Groesbeck. 
Rev. Brad Brittain officiated.

LaShawn was born on May 31, 1969, in Wortham, Texas, to Jack and Charlsye 
Phillips Sanders. She was a lifelong resident of the Mexia area and a homemaker.

Ms. Sanders is survived by her children Hallie Sanders, Paige O'Hare and Kelsie
Lee Sanders-Terry, all of Mexia. She is also survived by her mother Charlsye 
Adams and husband Joe of Mexia, her brother Ricky Sanders and wife Sharon of 
Mexia, her sisters Tamra Sanders Scott of Euless, Angela Bonner and significant
other Billy Pinkerton of Mexia and Talitha Sanders of Mexia, her step-sisters 
Tammie Adams of Mexia, Toni Kirby and husband Robbie of Troy and Rainey Adams 
of Mexia, her step-brothers Joey Adams and Terry Adams both of Mexia.

She was preceded in death by her father Jack Sanders.

Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home of Mexia was in charge of the arrangements.
