[This is Aurelia (Chumney) Sims w/o Sterling Sims. She was 31 at her death.] Teague Chronicle - May 10, 1907 issue Mrs. Sterling Sims Dead Early last Monday morning the death angel entered the home of Sterling Sims at Wortham, bore the spirit of his loving wife into the land beyond the grave. Mrs. Sims had been sick only a few days having measles with a case of pneumonia which caused her death so sudden. She was a daughter of our citizen J. T. Chumney, and known and loved by the natives of this town and community. She leaves a husband and children to mourn her untimely death, who have the sympathy of all. The remains are buried in Cotton Gin Cemetery Monday evening. Peace to her ashes.
