Mrs. Margaret Sims

The Rev. Ed Spivey of the Quail Valley Baptist Church will officiate at funeral
services for Mrs. Margaret Sims, 86, of Mexia, on Thursday morning at 10
o'clock in Porter and Holmes Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Sims died Tuesday afternoon
at General Mexia Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 25, 1900, in Limestone
County. She was a retired nurse and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving Mrs. Sims are several cousins, including Margie Farris of Mexia.
Pallbearers are Larry James, Henry Richard, Argie Black, W.L. Black, Haskell
Farris and Cyril Farris. Interment will be at Mexia cemetery.
