Vera Slade  Dec 24, 1896 - Jul 26, 1986

Mrs. Vera Slade, 89, of Streetman died Saturday July 26, 1986. She was born 
December 24, 1896.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Corley Funeral Home. Burial will be in 
Birdston Cemetery.

A housewife and a private nurse, Mrs. Slade had lived in Streetman for 82 years. 
She was a Baptist.

Survivors include a daughter, Annie Ruth Peeler of Malakoff; four grandchildren; 
and four great-grandchildren.
