Barry Snider

  Barry Snider, 65, of Fairfield passed away July 22, 2014. He was born November 
29, 1948 in Fairfield to Eddie Grey Snider and Hixie Bernice Little Snider.
  He is preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Bernice Snider and brother, 
Robert Cook.
  He is survived by his wife, Paula Snider of Fairfield; mother-in-law, Avis 
Eisen; two children, Amile Snider of Fairfield and Amy and husband David Scurlock 
of Georgetown; sisters-in-laws, Laura Eisen of Kansas City, Missouri and Cindy 
Eisen of Fairfield; brothers and sister, Ted Snider and wife Jennie of Fairfield, 
Jerry Pat Cook and wife Barbara of Rusk and Carey Chavers and husband Marc of 
Fairfield; nieces and nephews, Josh Cook, Tammie Snider, Joe Snider, Bryan Adam 
Chavers and Wendy Neyland; grandchildren, Emily, Casey and Molly.
  Visitation will be Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Griffin-
Roughton Funeral Home, Fairfield. Service will be 10:00 am Friday, July 25, 2014 
at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel, Fairfield with Rev. Terry Skinner 
officiating. Burial will be at Post Oak Cemetery.
