Barbara Jean Snipes

Barbara Jean Snipes of Fairfield, 62, passed away Sunday, September 6 at 
Fairfield East Texas Medical Center among loving family and devoted friends.

Viewing was held Thursday at Moore's Angelic Funeral Home.

Services were held Tuesday at Washington Memorial Park after which Ms. Snipes 
was entombed at Garden Court Mausoleum, Seattle, Washington.

Ms. Snipes was born in Seattle, Washington on Sept. 9, 1946, and attended 
Pacific High School there. She was a Catholic and enjoyed cleaning, eating out,
music, art, and arts and crafts.

She is survived by per parents Emmett Snipes and Margaret Ransom Snipes of
Fairfield, brother Timothy Lee Snipes, Jersey City, New Jersey, uncle Rev.
Beuford Ransom and wife, Eunice, Seattle, and cousins Ella Mae Lee, Irene 
Slaughter and James Ransom, all of Fairfield.
