Funeral Services 
At Fairfield For 
Virginia Solomon 

     Funeral rites will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Fairfield First Baptist 
Church for Mrs. Virginia Dare Solomon, 73, who died in a Palestine hospital 
Tuesday. The Rev. E. L. Alexander, pastor of the Fairfield church, will 
officiate, and burial will be in Bethel cemetery with the Dorsey-Keatts Funeral 
Home in charge. Mrs. Solomon was born in the Bethel community of Freestone County. 
She was a Baptist and a member of Grace Chapter No. 148 Order of the Eastern 
Star and A.F. and A.M.
     Besides her husband, Willoam Solomon, she is survived by three daughters: 
Mrs. Callie Rischer, Fairfield; Mrs. Mollie Young, Houston, and Mrs. Lucille 
Erskin, Dickinson; three sons, Theodore Solomon, Fairfield; George Solomon, 
Coolidge Arizona, and Jim Solomon, Killeen; two sisters, two brothers, six 
grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
