Funeral Services Scheduled Sunday For George Steen 
 
  Last rites will be held at the Titus Chapel Methodist Church in the Furney 
Richardson community Sunday at 2 p. m. for George Steen, Freestone County native 
who died in Dallas Wednesday. The Rev. W. W. Baker, pastor of the Union 
Memorial Methodist Church at Coolidge, will officiate and burial will be in 
Grove Island cemetery in Freestone County with the Dorsey-Keatts Funeral Home in 
charge of arrangements. 
   Mr. Steen was a resident of Dallas at the time of his death. He was a retired 
farmer and member of the Methodist Church. He is survived by a son, Curtis L. 
Steen, of Dallas; a brother, Calvin Steen, of Fort Worth; a sister, Mrs. Elector 
Phillips, of Dallas, and a granddaughter, Christine Steen, of Teague.
