DIED

We learn from Mr. W. G. Ham, that his little nephew, Billy Strother, aged 4 years,
died last Sunday.  He was a son of Mrs. W. J. Strother, near Brewer.
 
 [This is Billy Strother (14 Jul 1882 - 29 Sep 1885) who was the son of William 
Jeremiah Strother and Sarah Paline (Jones) Strother. The newspaper says he was 
4 years, but was 3 years when he died based on the tombstone dates. Billy's dates 
come from his white tombstone in Hopewell Cemetery in Teague, TX. Billy Strother, 
the youngest of the kids, is believed to have been born in Fayette Co., AL along 
with all his siblings. When Sarah's husband died in Fayette Co., AL, she moved
to Texas along with her children as a widow. Sarah marries again on 11 Dec 
to Mr. John B. Richardson.]
