Anissa (Ward) Talbot

Funeral services were held last month for Anissa Talbot, 39, who died Friday, 
Jan. 4 in Waco.

Ms. Talbot was born on Feb. 2, 1968 in Houston to parents Johnny Dale and 
Dorothy Ward.

She served in the United States Navy for four years and was stationed in Italy.

During her service with the Navy she was awarded the National Defense service 
medal, the Navy and Marine Corps overseas service ribbon and the expert pistol
shot medal.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 8 at Capps Memorial Chapel with 
Eston Turner, Jr. officiating.

Burial was at Lake Chapel Cemetery.

Ms. Talbot is survived by son Devon Ross Henson of Teague; mother Dorothy Ward 
of Fairfield; brother David Dunn and wife Laura of Fairfield; and sisters 
Jeanette McGinn of Teague, Jackie Roberson and husband Tommy of Kirvin, and
Paulette Graves of Fairfield.

She is preceded in death by father Johnny Dale Ward.
