Melissa Ann (Armstrong) Tate

QUANAH - Melissa Ann Armstrong Tate, 29, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, in
Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Smith Funeral Home Chapel with 
the Rev. Monte Lumpkin, pastor of Goodlett Baptist Church, officiating. Burial 
will be in Quanah Memorial Park.

Ms. Tate was born July 20, 1975, to Doris Carter and Charles E. Armstrong in
Teague. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her mother of Quanah; her father of Fairfield; a son, Joshua
Lynn Bartley of Quanah; three sisters, Stephanie Minze and Charlsie Riley,
both of Quanah, and Donna Zwierzchowski of Fairfield; and her maternal
grandmother, Doris Vaclavik of Fairfield.

The family suggests memorials be to the American Diabetes Association.
