Obituary of Clara Hazel (Fowler) Teer
 (March 10, 1938  - October 1, 2015)
 
  On October 1, 2015 Clara Hazel (Fowler) Teer went to be with the Lord 
surrounded by family and friends that will greatly miss her. She was born on 
March 10, 1938 in Purdon, Texas to Thomas Aubrey and Coy Geleane Fowler.
  Hazel was loved and adored by so many, she could and would talk to anyone and 
everyone. She didn’t just have sons she had six of us that she would pile all of 
us in the back of the truck (when it was legal) and take us all to Waco or 
Dallas shopping and to eat of course. There are so many memories to be shared of 
her. As we all grew to have kids and Dusty came along he named her Itsy and 
everyone else did too. She was living in Angus, Texas at the time of her death, 
but spent many years in the Wortham and Mexia area where she and her husband 
raised their family. Many years after the passing of her husband she moved to 
Corsicana where she lived with her mother for many years. Itsy was a natural 
care giver which she did for many years for so many different people. The last 
two years of her life she spent traveling with her 2 favitar people going and 
doing things that she hadn’t done in years.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Don Teer; son, Billy Dwayne 
Green; and parents, Thomas Aubrey and Coy Geleane Ellis Fowler.
  She is survived by her son, Larry Teer and wife Cathy of Corsicana; grandsons, 
Christopher Aaron Teer, Eric Hancock and wife Gavra, and Danny Rounsavall and 
wife Holli; sister, Wanda Richards and husband Buddy of Corsicana; nieces, Tammy 
French, Christa Cobb of Barry and Jennifer Tatum and husband Justin Sykes of 
Blooming Grove; nephew, Ronny Bearden and wife Melissa Owen of Angus; great 
nephew, Dusty Robinson and Joshua Livingston both of Angus who were her live in 
care givers and best friend, and numerous other great nieces and nephews that 
were a huge part of her life.
  Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 
4, 2015 at Corley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on 
Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Corley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Benny 
Horn officiating. Interment will follow in Younger Cemetery.
  Pallbearers will John Libhart, Ronald Libhart, John Elrod, Rodney Bonner, 
Cameron Harwell, and Richard Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be John Tacker and 
Chad Ivie.
  The family would like to thank Hand and hand Hospice, Twilight Nursing Home, 
and the 2nd floor nurses and ICU staff at Navarro Regional Hospital.
