Edgar Mac Terry

Services for Edgar Mac Terry, 65, of Fairfield, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at 
Capps Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Terry Skinner officiating. Burial will 
follow in Fairfield Cemetery under the direction of Capps Memorial Chapel Funeral 
Home in Fairfield.

Mr. Terry died Thursday, April 5, 2001 in Fairfield.

He was born Jan. 20, 1936, in Fairfield.

Mr. Terry was a lifelong resident of Fairfield. He was a rancher and worked 
security at the Texas Youth Commission. He was a member of VFW of Fairfield and 
Calvary Baptist Church in Fairfield. He served in the U.S. Army from November 
1958 to July 1963.

He is survived by wife, Emilee Terry of Fairfield; daughter, Paula Beth Terry of 
Fairfield; sons, Michael Lee Terry of Fairfield and Emmett Doyle Terry of Teague; 
brother, Weldon Terry of Fairfield; sisters, Lola Ben Hollawy of Fairfield and 
Doris Ann Welch of Teague; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
