Bobby Don Thomas, 73, of Fairfield, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 in 
Waco. Mr. Thomas was born April 16, 1942 in Freestone County to parents, Gilbert 
Edgar and Ruth Black Thomas. He retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Master 
Sergeant and came to Fairfield in 2014 from the Armed Forces Retirement Home in 
Washington, D.C. He was a Methodist and a Master Mason. His parents preceded him 
in death.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Jean; three sons, Doug McGee and wife 
Cheryl of North Carolina; Greg McGee of Enid, OK; Todd Thomas of North Carolina; 
a brother, Clyde Richard Thomas and wife Martha of Olton, TX; aunts and uncles, 
Mary Scott of Fairfield; Purvis and Louise Black of Fairfield; Kenneth and Naomi 
Black of Spring; a special caregiver and cousin, Rosemary Whiting of Fairfield 
and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.

Sunday October 11, 2015, 2:00 P.M. at Capps Memorial Chapel 

Interment
Sunday October 11, 2015 at Richland Cemetery
