Charlene Ann Thompson

Funeral services were held last week for Charlene Ann Thompson, 55, of 
Fairfield who died Monday, Sept. 26 in her home.

Mrs. Thompson was born Nov. 9, 1951 in Teague and attended United Methodist
Church in Dew.

Services were held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of 
Fairfield with Rev. Kevin Gilmore and Rev. Jeff Powers officiating.

Burial was at Keechi Creek Ranch.

Pallbearers were Justin Manahan, Bo Hagen, Garrett Manahan, Scott Issacs, Joel 
Schick and Jason Hughes.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by husband Gary Thompson of Fairfield; daughter 
Tammy Thompson of Fairfield; son Tracey Thompson and wife Amanda of Fairfield;
grandchildren Lex and Ava Jane Thompson of Fairfield; brothers John Swinburn
of Teague and Dale Swinburn and wife Paula of Teague.

She is preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Elsie Swinburn.

CHARLENE ANN THOMPSON


Charlene Ann Thompson, of Fairfield, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 
24, 2007. She was 55 years old.

Mrs. Thompson was born on November 9, 1951, in Teague, Texas to Johnny and 
Elsie Swinburn. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Dew, Texas.

Funeral services for Mrs. Thompson were held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007,
at First United Methodist Church in Teague.

Rev. Kevin Gilmore and Rev. Jeff Powers officiated and interment was at Keechi 
Creek Ranch, Freestone County, Texas.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband Gary Thompson of Fairfield, her 
daughter Tammy Thompson of Fairfield, her son Tracey Thompson and wife Amanda 
of Fairfield, her grandchildren Lex and Ava Jane Thompson of Fairfield, her
brothers John Swinburn of Teague, Dale Swinburn and wife Paula of Teague.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers for Mrs. Thompson were Justin Manahan, Bo Hagen, Garrett Manahan,
Scott Isaacs, Joel Schick and Jason Hughes.

Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield was in charge of the arrangements.
