Services for Annie Carlene Tugwell will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Capps Memorial 
Chapel in Fairfield.

Mrs. Tugwell died Thursday at her home in Fairfield.

Annie Carlene (Davidson) Tugwell

Funeral services were held this week for Annie Carlene Tugwell, 78, who died 
Thursday, June 19, in Fairfield.

Mrs. Tugwell was born in Brown Springs, Arkansas on Oct. 14, 1930, to Carl 
Wayne and Viola Bryant Davidson.

Services were held at 9 a.m. on Monday at Capps Memorial Chapel with Kern 
Porter officiating.

Interment followed at Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena.

Mrs. Tugwell is survived by sons James Tugwell and wife Rhonda, and Gary Tugwell, 
all of Dew; brother Edwin Davidson and wife Connie of Humble; sisters Louise 
Norwood of Dawson, Arkansas and Nancy Buckalew and husband Eddie of Lindon, 
Washington; grandchildren Laura Craddick and husband Mike of Fairfield; Coleen 
and Racheal Tugwell of Dew; Jessica Borja and husband Jeremy of League City, 
and Jason Robert Tugwell of Seattle, Washington; and great-grandchildren 
Gabrielle, Alex and Jermah Borja, and Cooper and Jay Craddick.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lorenzo James Tugwell, Jr. and parents 
Carl Wayne and Viola Bryant Davidson.

Arrangements were made by Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield.
