Vernon Webb Turner

Vernon Webb Turner, 68, of Streetman, died Saturday at Fairfield Hospital.

Services were 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Streetman, with the 
Rev. Michael Connell and Dr. Grayson Glass officiating. Burial was in the Birdston 
cemetery. Arrangements are with Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine Turner, of Streetman; two sons, Marcus V. 
Turner, of Streetman, and Terry R. Turner, of Grand Prairie; one brother, E. J. 
Turner, of Freeport; one sister, Doris Brown, of Streetman; four grandsons; one 
granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Turner, Rick Brown, Billy J. Ward, Bobby Ward, Don 
McClanahan and Tom Williams.
