Frank Davis Utsey

Frank Davis Utsey, 82, of Teague, died Wednesday, July 1,1992, at Parkview
Regional Hospital in Mexia.

Services will be 2 pm Friday at Ricks Funeral Home Chapel.  The Revs. Royce
Sanders and W. T. Brown will officiate.  Burial will be in Driver Cemetery in
Freestone County.

He was born July 22, 1909, in Navarro County and was a life-long resident of
Teague.  He was a self-employed businessman for many years and served as
constable of Freestone County for 16 years, beginning in 1957.  He was a member
of Eighth Avenue Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Annie Le Utsey, and one brother.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Mae Utsey of Teague; two daughters, Jessie
Martin of Teague and Gladys White of Buffalo; one brother, Jim Utsey of Teague;
one son-in-law, Roger White of Buffalo; 10 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
