Katherine (Shinault) Utsey

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Utsey, 67, of Mexia, will be Thursday
afternoon at 2 o'clock in Porter Funeral Home Chapel-Mexia. The Rev. Jack
Dabney will officiate. Burial will be in Wortham Cemetery.

Mrs. Utsey, born March 11, 1936, died Sunday in Hillcrest Hospital-Waco.

Surviving are two sons - Lawrence Willis and wife Willie Ray of Groesbeck, and
Ronnie Eugene Dempsey of Three Rivers; a sister, Jonell Warren of Waco; four
brothers - Larry Shinault and wife Shirley of Hamilton, Bobby Shinault of Waco,
Tommy Shinault and wife Katie of Palestine, and David Shinault and wife Frances
of Mexia; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; and a special
friend, Charlie Lloyd.

Pallbearers are Linde Young, Chuck Beldin, Willie Wedgeman, Jim Hendon, Victor
Garcia and Milton Charanza.
