Horold Clifford Willburn

Horold Clifford "Cliff" Willburn of Fairfield, Texas, passed away at his home on 
December 18, 2002. Mr. Willburn was born to David Hyron and Louisa Ward Willburn 
on February 20, 1923 in Hutchinson County, Texas. He married Alice Charlene 
Latham of Tahoka, Texas, in 1944, and to this union three children were born. 
Mr. Willburn lived in Alice for about 25 years, he was a building contractor. 
He continued as a builder after moving to Fairfield, Texas, where the family has 
resided the past 25 years.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Alice Willburn of Fairfield; one son, 
Michael Willburn of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Charlotte Genoway of Houston 
and Susan Cloninger of Fairfield; two grandsons, Glenn and Clifton Genoway; 
three great-grandchildren, Faith, Ty and Eryn, all of Houston; three brothers, 
Glynn Willburn of Vidor, Pete Willburn of Cibolo and Blaine Henry Willburn of 
Alice; four sisters, Dorothy Willburn of Denver, Colo., Ann Buchalew and Flois 
Henrichsen both of Bay City, and Betty Buchanan of Tennessee Colony, Texas; also 
by numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Willburn's request for cremation and no funeral service will be honored. 
Graveside services and interment of his ashes in the family plot will be 
Saturday, January 4, 2003 at 3 p.m. in the Alice Cemetery.
