Billie Marie Haines Woolsey

Billie Marie Haines Woolsey, 75, formerly of Mexia, passed away August 23, 2014 
in Tupelo, Mississippi. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 
27, 2014 in the Woodland Cemetery in Kirven, Texas.

Billie was born in Freestone, Texas on January 12, 1939. She spent her life 
caring for not only her own family, but many others as long as her health 
permitted. She was employed for many years as a caregiver.

Billie’s favorite hobby was playing Bingo. She will be remembered by those who 
knew her as having had an outgoing personality and loved being around people. 
Billie was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother who cherished her time 
with her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew 
and loved her. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Joe Allen Manning.

Billie is survived by four children, Charlene Pabst of Tupelo, MS, Bridgett 
Kerens of Waldron, AR, Sandra Glade of Waldron, AR and Ron Haines of Wortham, 
TX; ten grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
