 Feb 1901. Buried at Lake Chapel Cemetery.]

      Died

  Mrs. Alexine Young, wife of Mr. A. B. Young, living one mile east of Fairfield, 
died last Friday night of pneumonia. The deceased was a daughter of Mr. Tapp 
Lott, a well known and good citizen of our county who died a few years ago near 
Fairfield. Mrs. Young was about 26 years old, and came to this county with her 
parents from Mississippi about twenty-two years ago. She was a nice, intelligent 
lady, highly esteemed by all that knew her. She left to mourn the great loss of 
wife and mother, a husband and two little children, the youngest about six weeks 
old. The deceased was interred last Saturday in the Lake chapel Cemetery, on Ward 
Prairie. The deeply bereaved family have the sympathy of our entire community.
