SPECULATION ON IDENTITY AND TIME PERIOD

Looks like the lady is wearing a Victorian-era plain bar brooch. Albert died in 
1861.  Victoria died in 1901. So my guess is between the two.  She might be 
Eliza Ann (Willard) Moore.
