SPECULATION ON IDENTITY AND TIME PERIOD

Probably 1919 to 1920. Dressed for church.  Her dress is above the ankle. She 
wears boots.  The outfit and hat look like fashion plates from 1915 when hems 
were up a bit. But there are things like the large pointed cuffs on the woman's 
sleeves and the detailing on the skirt waist that I can't put a finger on.  
Sleeve settings at the shoulder are also specific to certain years.
