Family Reunion Recently Held by The Durham Family

  The first family reunion of Mr. and Mrs. Lonzo Durham was held recently at the
Owens Chapel Community Park.  children of the Durham's present were Mr. and Mrs. 
Burford Durham and sons, Alfred and Joseph; Mrs. Earnestine Williams and son,
Jeremy; Mr. and Mrs. Monson Durham and children all of Houston; Mrs. Irene
Harrison and children, Lisa and Altovis and grandson Tyrone Robinson of Los 
Angeles.
  Other relatives and friends attending were Mrs. Stacia Henry, Mr. and Mrs.
Wilson Henry and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alton Henry, Mr. and Mrs. Bennard Henry
and family Mrs. Gwendolyn Hannah and daughter, Angela; Mrs. Merdis Johnson and
son Dwayne; Tyree Henry, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tatum, Mrs. Lillie Garrety, Mrs.
Clara Peters, Rev. W.E. Henry, Congress Hegward, Mrs. Mildred Webb, Mrs. E. M.
Durham, Leonard Manning and son, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Henry and family, Ural 
Manning and Jodie Turner.
   Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gaston, Houston; McClinton Harrison, Fort Worth; Willie
E. Malone, Grand Prarie; Edd Mims, Fairfield and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Durham Jr.
of Houston were also present.
   A barbecue dinner was served and the family enjoyed a day of meeting old
acquaintances, playing games and picture taking.
