This is to certify that the Board of Trustees of School Community No. 45 of Freestone County, Texas, have employed Jno. A. Childress, holding a First grade certificate, to teach Public Free School No. 45 in said Community, according to law and the regulations of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and in conformity with the regulations of the County Superintendent and School Trustees of said Community for the term of as many months as public funds will justify, at Fifty Dollars per month, beginning the 4th day of November, 1895. For pupils over and under scholastic age, tution at the rate of One Dollar and Fifty Cents per month has been agreed on by the Trustees. The same shall be paid to prolong the term of school.
