During its recent annual meeting of its board of directors, The A. M. Hunter 
Titus Charitable Cultural Center, Inc. of Fairfield, Texas elected the following
officers to lead it during the new period:

Board of Directors:

Vice Chairman, Reverend Alfred C. Newball, Dallas, TX ,Treasurer, E. V. Moore, 
Teague, TX., Recording Secretary, Glenda F. Coleman, Fairfield, Texas, 
Correspondence Secretary, Guessippina Bonner, Lufkin, TX . Directors of 
Programs: Buildings and Grounds Program, Leonard G. Burns, Cemetery Support 
Program , Carlton R. Center Web Site Program, Rita Tejada, Waco, Texas, 
Community Garden Program , Joe Winston Rischer, Dallas, Texas, Community Museum
Program, Annie Laura Fortune, Corsicana, TX , Benefits Research and Referral 
Program, Ramona T. Tanksley, Lantana, Texas, Community Volunteer Registry 
Program, and Juanita Manning, Fairfield, Texas. Other Members of the Board are 
Linda Cooper of Henderson, Texas, Loreta Phillips of Dallas, Texas. and Reverend
Michael Daniels, Fairfield, Texas. All of the above named individuals have deep 
roots in Freestone County.

Donnie Ray Shaw, Stirling, VA, Wendi Green and Shane McLennan of Fairfield 
serve in an advisory capacity.

The Executive Director and founder is Wilbur Thirkield Bonner-Titus retired 
educator, historian, writer, poet,, of Fairfield, Texas.

The administration of the Center appreciates the reception that it has been 
given by the citizens, and many organizations and businesses of Freestone 
County, and invites all to join in serving the global community by preserving 
and sharing our culture and rich heritage.
