Miss Crosby Will Marry L. R. Bonner

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Crosby, 4040 Rochelle Drive, have announced the 
engagement of their daughter, Miss Leila Elisabeth Crosby to Leslie Reid Bonner,
son of Dr. and Mrs. L. L. Bonner, Fairfield.
 The couple will be married Dec. 28 at First Baptist Church, Fairfield.
 Miss Crosby and Mr. Bonner are students at North Texas State College.  She is 
a member of Alpha Phi sorority, Kappa Delta Pi and Mary Arden Club. He is a
member of Chancellory Club.

 Leila Crosby is Bride of L. R. Bonner
 
 Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Reid Bonner will reside in Denton, where both are seniors
at North Texas State College, following a wedding trip to San Antonio.
 The bride was Miss Leila Elisabeth Crosby before her marriage Friday night at
the First Baptist Church, Fairfield.  The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M.
Crosby, 4040 Rochelle Drive, she attended Baylor University and at NTSC is a 
member of Alpha Phi, Kappa Delta Pi and Mary Arden Club.  The bridegroom, son of
Dr. and Mrs. L. L. Bonner of Fairfield, is a former SMU student and member of 
Chancery Club at NTSC.
 The Rev. Harry Glen Bonner of Drain, Ore., the bridegroom's cousin, officiated
at the couple's wedding.  Mrs. H. B. Williford and Mrs. Mike Evans, the bride's
cousins, presented music.
 Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of silk taffeta and a
pearl crown with veil.  She carried a white orchid bouquet.
 Her attendants were Misses Carolyn White, maid of honor; Shirley Ducate and
Sharon Ducate of Kansas City, Mo.; Annette Kerley and Sally Rose Bonner of 
Fairfield, the bridegroom's sister.
 Tom Bonner of Fairfield was his nephew's best man.  Ushers were Leighton 
Steward, Roy Reese Jr., Bob Ray Bonner and Bob Harris, all of Fairfield, Miles
Crosby, the bridge's brother, and Tommy Head of Houston.  Carol Crosby and 
Kathy Davis lighted candles.  Ann Bonner was flower girl and George Davis was
ring bearer.
