To or any Constable of County— Greeting: You are hereby commanded to cause to be published (in a newspaper of general circulation, which has been published continuously and regularly for a period of not lees than one year in your County), at least once each week for ten days previous to the return day hereof, copies of the following notice: The State of Texas: To all persons interested in the estate of T. E. Longbotham, deceased, Thomas Elmo Longbotham has filed an application in the County Court of Freestone county on the 26th day of April, 1927, for probate of the last will and testament of T. E. Longbotham, deceased which said application will he heard by said court on the 1st day of June, 1927, at the court house of said county, in Fairfield, at which time all persons interested in suid estate are required to appear and contest said application, should they desire to do so. Herein fail not, but have you before said Court on the first day of the next term thereof, this writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.
