NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OF FINAL ACCOUNT

Freestone county. The State of Texas. 
To all Persons Interested in the Estate of Clarence A. Talley, Deceased:

  Mrs. Zilla Talley, guardian of the estate of said Clarence A. Talley deceased, 
has filed ir. the county court of Freestone county her final account of the 
condition of said estate, together with an application to be discharged as 
guardian thereof, which will he heard by our said court on the first Monday in 
June, A. D. 1927, same being the 0th day of June, A. D. 1927, at the court house
of said Freestone county in the town of Fairfield, at which time and place all 
persons interested in said estate are required to appear and contest said final 
account and application, if they see proper.
